We take pride in delivering high-quality, on-demand products straight to your doorstep. Please review our shipping and return guidelines below:

  • Processing & Shipping Times: Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout.

  • Since we operate as a print-on-demand business, delivery times depend on our printing partners and shipping carriers. Estimated delivery times will be visible at checkout.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you do not receive tracking updates within 2 days, please contact us.

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package is delayed or lost in transit, we recommend contacting the carrier first. If unresolved, reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you.

  • Incorrect Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address entry.

  • International Orders: Additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Inked n’ Witty is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Inked n’ Witty, we strive to provide high-quality, personalized products that bring joy and creativity to your space. Due to the nature of our print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error.

 

Please review the details below:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order details. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  • Order Issues: If you receive the wrong item or there is a misprint, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will ensure a replacement is sent promptly.

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size/colour selection. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.

  • Cancellation Policy: Once an order has been placed, it goes into production quickly. Cancellations or modifications may not be possible after 24 hours.
